This is when a property’s owner adds or removes a person (or people) to and from the title no the home, altering the ownership of the property from a legal perspective (sometimes subject to a mortgage, or remortgage, court order or with funds changing hands). 

We will guide you through the process, whilst being mindful of lender’s ever expanding requirements, by checking the title, the lease (sadly many Leases are defective for a number of reasons – but we will always seek a solution and remediation of the same – to ensure a good title for you and any lender), we check the management pack – raising enquiries on the same, reporting to you comprehensively and advising you throughout.
