Sarah and her team offer a 5* service, as can be evidenced on Trust Pilot, and have a long standing relationship and brilliant reputation with all local agents and clients.
Sarah offers a flexible and bespoke service tailored for each client individually. Being an ex-Partner of a traditional firm, Sarah found that all too often, clients get caught up in the huge volumes that conveyancers of today take on and this has a knock on effect on service levels. Sarah therefore focus on a quality service over quantity but her fees are competitive, in the local market.
Unlike most property lawyers, Sarah is available 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday (Saturday – mornings only, generally) and out of hours by email (the official office hours for phone calls, unless otherwise agreed, are 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday) and so on that basis, her quotes represents good value for money. Sarah is also very experienced (over 25 years) and tri-qualified, so rest assured you would be in safe hands should you choose to instruct Sarah and her team.
Sarah Howe
Sarah, Director of Sumhowe Limited, is a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive with over 25 years’ experience in the residential conveyancing.
Sarah deals with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership properties as well as other residential property related issues that may arise from time to time. Sarah prides herself on her ability to communicate will all clients on the technical and legal issues that arise in residential conveyancing transactions in a straightforward and practical manner whilst acting professional, expeditiously and with patience and kindness at all times.
In her spare time, Sarah loves watching rugby, walking the dogs and spending quality time with her family and fast growing children.
Laura Pamplin
Having initially started out her long and successful career in the property industry 18 years ago, Laura went on to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer in March 2016. Laura thoroughly enjoys working in the property industry and previously managed a conveyancing team before joining Sarah and her team. Laura has dealt with a variety of residential transactions over the years and has gained much experience during this time. Laura prides herself on providing excellent customer service and has a friendly and approachable manner.
In her spare time, Laura loves to spend time with her two young children and husband.
Laura Reeves
Laura has 10 years of experience working in residential conveyancing and is currently studying her CLC in order to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer. She loves getting stuck into the legal process, particularly title checking and conducting legal reports as no property is the same. She is always happy to help with any queries as much as she can whether that be by email or telephone.
Laura is a competitive horse rider and enjoys spending weekends at events alongside dog walks with her family and daughter.
Dawn Taylor
Dawn is an experienced administrator, with considerable property administrative expertise. Dawn loves assisting clients on the phone, and helping to guide them through the conveyancing process and does a lot of the administrative support for Sarah, so she can focus on the important legal technicalities of residential conveyancing, whilst maintaining very high levels of customer service. In her spare time Dawn loves reading, walking her dog and trips away in her caravan.
Kath Semple
Kath is an experienced administrator with over 40 years’ experience in the financial industry. Kath deals with all the important aspects of file incorporation, initial paperwork, quotes, accounts etc with support from the team. In her spare time, Kath enjoys reading, knitting and playing skittles and darts.
Richard Howe
Rich, Director of Sumhowe Limited, assists with all the behind the scenes formalities for the company – with assistance from the company accountants. He is a lifelong Gloucester Rugby supporter and too, likes walking the dogs with Sarah and spending quality time with their children.
